Up Your Alley Fair – Sunday, July 26
Help staff our Gear Swap n Shop and Outreach Booths at the Up Your Alley Fair.

SF Eagle Beer Bust – Sunday, September 13
Sign up to volunteer for a shift! In addition to selling beer bust cups, assisting with food service, selling raffle tickets and jello shots, we’ll be operating a Gear Swap n Shop out on Eagle Plaza for both sales and receiving donations.

LeatherWalk – Sunday, September 20
Carry a flag in the Color Guard or the District Banner!
Join our Safety Team that keeps our Walkers out of traffic and guides them at turns.
Staff our booth to pass out commemorative pins and answer Walkers’ questions.

Ongoing Volunteer Roles:

- Gear Swap Lead
  - Set up gear swap table on event days
  - Coordinate pickup and drop off of gear swap items on event days
  - Track transactions
  - Solicit donations and manage inventory
  - Provide staff with information regarding physical donations
- Grant Writer
  - Research grants that the Cultural District may qualify for
  - Write grant proposals
  - Work with staff on grant submissions
- Walking Tour Coordinator
  - Set schedule with tour guides
  - Support tour guides
  - Coordinate training of new tour guides
- Maintenance Team
  - Monitor our placemaking elements for vandalism or damage
    - Leather Pride Flags and banners on light poles & sidewalk plaques
  - Report damage, and graffiti on our placemaking elements to the District
